Oh dear! First of all just check that you’re using the same email to log in that you used to buy your books.
If you’re still having problems, go to the ‘forgotten password’ link to reset your password. An email should come through straight away - (remember to check your junk folder just incase).
If you still can’t log in, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
You can reset your password on the ‘Log in’ page by clicking ‘Forgotten password’.
You’ll then be asked to enter your email address and we’ll send you a new password which you can change in your account later on.
If a recent order isn’t appearing in your account, it’s sometimes due to a slight typing error in your email address during ordering.
So just send us a message with the details of your order (e.g. the name of the child the book is for and the full delivery address) and we’ll see what we can do to help. You can get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sometimes our emails can be a bit delayed, but perhaps they’re stuck in your spam/junk folder? Have a quick look there and if there’s still no sign of it, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we can send you a copy.
