Can I change / cancel my order?
Yes, so long as we haven't begun working on your book. Work usually starts within an hour of you placing your order so you'll have to be quick. To cancel or amend your order please get in touch with us asap at [email protected]

There’s something wrong with my book!
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that! We want you to be happy with your book. If you're not just drop us a line at [email protected] and tell us what’s wrong. If it’s been printed incorrectly, we’ll send you a free replacement.

Can I return my book for a refund?
Sorry. Unfortunately not. Our books are all specially printed for each customer, which means they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund unless faulty. Please read our full terms and conditions and your consumer rights.
